More than a mailbox
At Hallenweg 16 we have an office floor of approximately 80 m². After acceptance, Business Address Complete customers receive a personal access tag and can independently use a shared flex workspace during opening hours. Meetings can also be held on site.
KVK determines whether an address can serve as a visiting address in your situation. We provide a proper agreement, workspace access and a carefully maintained file; the final registration decision rests with KVK.

You receive a secure upload option for KVK, ID and other documents. We check directors, UBOs and risk indicators, among other things.
After acceptance, we confirm the service. For Business Address Complete, we also arrange the personal access tag.

€19.95 excluding VAT per month. That is €24.14 including 21% VAT. There are no setup fees and the subscription can be cancelled monthly.
Yes. You can add multiple companies in one application. For each company you choose the desired plan and enter its own KVK, VAT and company details.
With Business Address Complete you have independent access to a shared flex workspace during opening hours using a personal access tag. KVK also requires actual use. We assess the application in advance; the final registration decision rests with KVK.
Yes. Customer due diligence, UBO information and relevant documents are recorded and reviewed in a secure file.
